Endorsed Candidate of Law Enforcement!
Inflation didn’t happen by accident--it’s the direct result of politicians’ reckless spending. New York lawmakers passed a whopping $220 billion budget this year--up
27% in two years. One-Party rule has created a tax and spend boondoggle that is hurting our economy and your wallet. It’s time to rein in the out-of-control budget and make
New York affordable again. This will be my #1 priority if I am elected. I’m sick of taxpayers being treated like a bottomless piggy bank who are nickeled and dimed to death. It’s time to get back to responsible budgeting and respect for taxpayers.
Radical energy policies are having a crushing effect on everyone, but it hits the working class and seniors on fixed incomes the hardest. We need a smart, safe, clean energy policy that keeps costs low for today and allows us to develop technology for the future. If she is re-elected, my opponent has pledged to pass a bill that will drive gas prices up
by double digits. We need to cut costs, not raise them even higher. Natural gas is safe, cheap and we are fortunate to have it right under our feet.
Albany is broken. One-Party rule has been a disaster for taxpayers. There is no accountability and the policiticans in charge turn a blind eye and protect each other. We need top-to-bottom reform, starting with term limits, which I strongly support. We need to put a stop to the pay-to-play culture and allow a real ethics watchdog to oversee government. It’s time to put the power of government back where it belongs--with the people.
The politicians in charge have created a state of lawlessness where criminals are coddled and our police are under attack. The dangerous bail and discovery laws have cost lives and must be repealed. We need to restore a system of justice where dangerous criminals are taken off our streets, crime victims are protected and our police are respected. I proudly back our brave heroes in law enforcement and will ensure they have the tools they need to keep us safe.
I unequivocally support parental involvement in our children’s education and the right for parents to have school choice. It’s unconscionable that our kids are facing tremendous setbacks from being out of the classroom for too long, and we haven’t even seen the full effect of those decisions yet. I want to keep our kids in school and the politics out of it. We also need to harden our school properties to ensure our children are kept safe. I support SRO’s in every school and will fight to ensure our districts get the funding they need to protect our children.
I’ve spent my career helping to bring good-paying jobs to New York. I’ve seen up close the effect that government policies have--both good and bad--on our ability to attract and help grow jobs. Right now, New York is on the wrong track. We are losing population and companies are picking up and moving to states with better business climates. NY has the highest taxes, the second highest energy costs, and is the least business-friendly state in the nation. If we don’t reverse course, we will destroy New York’s economy for good. We can’t let that happen, but we need leaders who know how to get government out of the way so businesses can flourish.
